Reverse-reverse order

1. I agree that we should take a harder line with the Pakis and Saudis. THat, however, is not a mutually exclusive position with seeing Iraq as having been a threat as well. In the end, I would just love us to develop a non-petroleum based economy so we could leave the Arabs to play in their sandbox.

2. The Iraqi terrorists are blowing up women and children, deliberately targeting them. That pretty well qualifies them for the term.
