think about it, though. If Ted is not on that account, then he cannot access that money. I find it hard to imagine that Andy thought this through. Ted is not a spouse in the eyes of the law. I would assume that Andy's mother will have to clear things up but it just might all have to go through probate.

I really don't have a clue about all that probate stuff....I'm sure someone on here would have some idea..
