Follow the Karakoram highway from Islamabad to China, the corresponding areas are safe for Osama - having been ethnically cleansed of Shias by the Paki Army and AQ.
Mush did say "osama is not on sovereign Pakistani territory", what may that be, would Pak occupied Kashmir be what Mush said.
That would be on my own short list of places of interest.
