"IIRC, nobody's confirmed that "suitcase nukes" are a reality...yet they've got a count of "em in country."

The count was made by determining how many nukes would make the guy's book sell.

Williams is not stuttering as badly as he was last night, although he is starting to.

Uhm...the book is not yet in print, doesn't hit the book stands until September.

If someone wrote a book in July of 2001, about Islamofacists planning to fly planes into the WTC, I suppose it would have been strictly for profit?

Fair question I think?

It's too late, and I don't see any inclination to take the cities back street by street.

I read the book.

It's thin, and the pages have fairly generous margins. Most of the book doesn't deal with nukes, but with al-Qaeda's drug smuggling. And the part about the nukes is built on hypothetical after hypothetical.

Stuttering, like most Senators and the President seem to stutter?

I know it is grim news...who wants to believe it.  But if the guy is half-way on the right trail...shouldn't we at the least close the borders of the USA and begin to WATCH THE MOSQUE and Racially Profile Middle Easterners?

Better than picking up the charred remains of a couple of million citizens? IMHO...

"Uhm...the book is not yet in print, doesn't hit the book stands until September."

Someone else beat this guy to the punch, then.

But if the book hasn't been published yet, then it looks like this guy stole his material from the Nuclear Threat Initiative's DVD (the one starring Fred Thompson as the President in a nuclear terrorism scenario).

No, at that point, I would've locked him up in Gitmo until he talked...because the only way he'd know about the bad guys' intentions in such detail is if he were one of the bad guys.

It's apparently too late. But this guy was stuttering real bad last night.

I read the book.

WHAT BOOK, the Koran?

William's book is not yet in print.  Or are you speaking of something else?

Now he's got Savage stuttering. He had George Noory stuttering last night. It's the coming fad.

"The al-Qaida Connection: International Terrorism, Organized Crime and the Coming Apocalypse," by Paul L. Williams, a former FBI consultant.

consultant -not employee, not director, not er....

any confirmation of his veracity (vs. boosting book sales & fear mongering) ?

Why would a consultant be in a high level (?) meeting w/ Bush & Tenet ??
Nah

OK, now you are getting a bit scary. You claim you read, not you deny. I'm through chatting. Good day!

There's another book out already on this exact same topic right now. I just read it at my local library. It's rather easy for an old geezer like me to get confused as to who wrote which book.

He is not much of a speaker, but he does have a journalism background and has apparently appeared on TV. If he is right we might as well raise the Rainbow of Doom to red and all move to the country.
