Not only does radio not "deserve" him, neither does msnbc five mornings a week.

The years of drug abuse continue to rear its' ugly head. It's only a matter of time before he snaps for good.

I cannot listen to this blowhard. His arrogance and stupidity turn me off. Thirty years ago he was ok, it's way past time for this dinosaur to get off the air.

Look at the function Imus provides: He allows the lame streem media, Liberals, and those assocaited to them a way to put out their talking points each morning. He is basically a rotating informercial for the Left.
Judged on ratings or money brought in via advertising, Imus is a miserable failure. So it can not be either of those two things.
Why is stil on the air? Because he allows the Left to vent on the closest thing they have to Limbaugh.

How many times can his idiot cohorts in the studio laugh hysterically when Imus calls someone a jerk?
He's the Larry King of radio, loved by those public figures who don't want to reveal anything but want to get some public exposure.
