Another secret British memo gets released to the public and libs are all over Bush for wanting to reduce the number of troops in Iraq. Aren't these the same people who didn't want to do anything about Saddam in the first place?

Nothing wrong with having a plan to get out. It would be insane not to have a plan.
That being said, you don't want the plan to be made public - plans change, and the plans shouldn't be publicized until they're final.
