I doubt it. The Hispanic population in America is large enough that a GOP candidate needs its votes to get elected President

Actually, the President received the votes of 46% of Hispanic men and 36% of Hispanic women. These were tremendous gains from 2000. Moreover, many Hispanics--like rural Whites--actually support the GOP on social issues such as abortion and gay marriage. Also, as the number of Hispanics in America has risen, the GOP has continued to do remarkably well.
