I heard about this. Mr. Barber didn't include his place of employment in his opinion piece as he wasn't speaking on their behalf, but the periodical added it without his permission or knowledge.

Look what David Gibbs III is doing now. Once again, standing up for the rights of an individual who's being taken advantage of by powerful people. He stood up for what is right on behalf of Terri Schiavo, and now he's standing up for what's right on behalf of J. Matt Barber. Gibbs is a man of good character.
