I don't really believe that Angelos was involved, especially if Andy didn't really have PC. I think he provided a foil to keep the masses from calling JH and complaining or running to the media and screaming about the EVIL JH who lost a dying man's check and refused him life-saving surgery until they had the full amount. Had the groupies and wannabes started calling JH or the media, the scam would have been over. I'd bet Angelos didn't even know about this nonsense.
