Nobody ever does question him. Well, that is not true. If they have questioned him they get banned, deleted, tombstoned, silenced, etc.
Lets look at the numbers. If we average 100 dollars in donation per day per site he is on we get:
123 sites X 100 dollars a day X 60 days = 738,000
These are the number of main sites his fundraiser are on. Some collect more, some collect less. He raised 50000 on DU in one week alone - (in his people's own words). They said the total was only 56000 since December 23rd for all collections.
So if we reverse the logic we get this:
6000 collected other than the week on DU / 122 sites / 60 days = 0.82 dollars per day per site.
I use 60 days just so people get the idea.
Are we to believe that in all the fundraising he collected 0.82 per site per day? Are we to believe this when it was all over air america on radio, progressive email lists, and even on Conservative Underground?

Well, everyone deserves a nice new bathroom when they have no money. It is an unwritten rule.

I seriously doubt that a home computer is configured with a static IP. I would assume that his/her ISP would assign an IP address using a DHCP server, and that with the tens of thousands of people using the ISP, no one would necessarily get the same IP twice. Some DSL and cable modem providers do use static IP; others that use DHCP may just as well be static, because when the IP address is renewed by the DSL/cable box, it generally will keep the same address unless there's a conflict, though there's no guarantee.

An interesting comment from Andy on the thread that Judith_knows referenced from Dec. 31, 2004:

"I need a job...otherwise the final nail in my financial coffin will be driven and I will loose everything."
So in Dec. 04, he was about to loose everything?
Your honor I object!
Goes to motive.

Once I caught a disease, a virus in another words. The symptoms were frequent involuntary popups. Some thought these might be the result of a bad trojan.
So I have my doubts, but no conclusive proof that my ip was not faithful. Sometimes you just sense things.

Yeah, on that thread he alleges innocence of about how paypal works, but then later on someone points out that the DUmmie "Kelvin Malce," the failed nemesis of Bev Harris, has a paypal link for Andy set up on his site.

It is interesting to me that he is trying to figure out how to spend paypal funds so he can jetset around the country. In that same link.

You know, I am curious about something, from closely examining the photographs of this operator.
Andy has always had sort of reddish hair, and many people with that sort of hair tend to have ruddy complexions.
Andy has a serious drinking problem, and sometimes that is shown in an unusually-red complexion.
But even with those two factors combined, Andy still looks "too red," almost sun-burned.
Perhaps Andy has severe emphysema?
And if so, circa 2,810 minutes from now, it will be announced that the surgeons decided to not operate because of this condition? (I do not know if that is a valid medical excuse; just throwing it out in the air.)
For some reason, despite the seriousness of his non-pancreatic ailments, I really doubt Andy is going under the gas Thursday morning. A supposition based not upon speculation by reason, but simply a gut instinct.

I don't know if it affects the timeline, but this thread has Andy planning to be in DC Jan 5-7, 2005.

After being asked if he had documentation, or proof of the fraud that was the primary topic of the thread:

Wooo Hoooo! Top 500!
Amazing, they spew the line that "hate" causes these diseases and that Laura brought it on herself. Don't they realize that if this is true, they will all find themselves tragically in the same situation?

The number one reason I think this is probably a scam:
The money donated to Andy's "Emergency Surgery at Johns Hopkins" charity fund raising campaign have went directly into his personal bank account and that money is available for him to use on anything he chooses, including non-medical expenses (i.e.; mortgage payments, utilities, ISP, food, clothing, entertainment, etc.).
I have observed fund-raisers for sick people many times locally and the money is almost always sent to a bank account setup in the name of (but not under the control of) the sick person.
Sick or not, this is not the way to operate a charity fund-raising campaign.
