Only problem with that is that if Judith_Knows tries to jump in, everyone is going to look at the profile and the recent sign-up date and jump to the conclusion that Judith_Knows is a troll, when that is not the case. Actually obsessed by the NOVEL. That book is probably the BEST American novel ever written. Read the book and the movie will seem lame.

Read it twice. The movie of course doesn't come close to the characters and the relationships between them.

Mike Vreeland

I think the guy's name is Delmart "Mike" Vreeland, but he's got a string of aliases and a number of items on his rap sheet, including writing bad checks. He was busted for an underage homosexual prostitution ring, as I recall. For some reason, Undie took an intense interest in that case--kind of like he did with the Gotsch/Guckert/Gannon case, which . . . also involved an alleged homosexual prostitution ring, didn't it? Hmmmm. . . .
