Rami's sister and her children could not financially gain from his conservatorship. In fact, it cost all of them many thousands of dollars trying to protect him and his estate (for his children). If you know how they could have financially gained, please tell me. Now it may cost Alice's daughter and her husband their livelihood for standing up for their uncle for his children. Severe bar complaints have been filed against them by Rami's wonderful wife (barf). Now they had to spend thousands to defend that.
Rami went to his sister Alice and asked for help. I don't think Alice thought of the kids during that time - he was seriously ill. From the lab tests taken at that time that Rami showed me, he was days away from death. He told me he told Alice's family to hide him from everyone. I don't think anyone thought about his kids at that moment in time.
The night the conservator removed Rami from his sister's house I was called. I went there. We called the cops. His sister and her kids and his brother Nelson were beside themselves wondering what to do. When the chaos subsided a bit, I asked if anyone had called his kids. His sister said, "oh, my God the kids, yes, what do we tell them?" Alice got her address book and gave me the number of his daughter. Everybody was crying and very afraid. I dialed the # on my cell phone, not having aclue what to say. I don't remember what I said beyond tell your brother.
Odd intro to my friend's daughter.
Browneyes you have a distorted view about what is going on.

You only have part of the story.
And the part you have has distorted how you think about it.
