I did not realize this was the reason behind the education of illegal alien's children.

It doesn't sound "constitutional" to me.

It's all about the money. Just follow the money. Please follow my convoluted logic here for a moment.

Say you have 60 students and two teachers, that's 30 students a teacher.

Now let's say you have maximum class size requirements of no more than 20 students in a class. Now you need three teachers where before you only needed two.

Now lets double the number of students due to illegal immigration. Now you have six teachers, where you only originally needed two.

Let's top this with additional subject matter like "self-esteem", "conflict resolution", "multiculturalism", etc. That's good for another two teachers, so now you have eight teachers, where you originally needed only two.

So where does the "follow the money" thing come in. Simple, all these teachers pay dues to the NEA.

It's in the NEA's best interest to do anything and everything to increase the number of dues paying teachers as it fattens their coffers.

Notice how they are for class size reduction, an increase of nontraditional classes, educating illegal immigrants, and against school vouchers, against teacher competency testing, against private schools, against home schooling.

You want to fix education...get rid of the NEA.

Best Regards

Sergio
