Highlights of Dean Logan deposition
Bellevue, WA Below are some highlights from King County elections director Dean Logans deposition in the election contest case. The deposition took place April 18 and 19.
Keep in mind that at the time the 2004 governors race was certified late last year, Christine Gregoire called it a model election.
Logan doesnt know if election is accurate within 129 votes (Gregoires margin of victory).
Q: [D]o you know whether the returns in King County were accurate within 129 votes? A: No, I do not. (Redacted Logan deposition transcript, p. 225)
No inventory kept of unvoted ballots
Q: Is there any inventory of the number of ballots, unvoted ballots, that are returned from a precinct? A: I don't believe that an inventory is maintained of that, no. The ballots themselves are returned and are maintained. Q: How do you know how many ballots were used at a particular precinct? A: We -- based on the ballot accountability sheet completed by the poll workers on election day, based on the number of ballot stubs that are returned associated with the ballots that were issued in that particular precinct. (p. 96) (Note: The Rossi campaign obtained copies of the ballot accountability sheets Logan refers to in this answer. Many of the sheets especially those from Seattle precincts were full of errors.)
No report on how many total absentee ballots were returned
Q: Has anyone at King County produced a report of the number of absentee ballots returned? A: I'm not aware of a report that's been produced that shows that. Actually, let me -- let me clarify that. I think there are reports that have been produced that reflect the information -- the batch information that we've discussed. So there are reports associated with each of the batches, and there have been spread sheets created of information from those batches. So in that regard, there are -- there is data that can -- that indicates information about number of ballots returned. Don't know that there has been a report produced from elections management and voter registration system that would be considered a report of the total number of ballots returned. (p. 83)
Ballots printed on demand are not tracked and inventoried
Q: You talked about producing ballot stock. What does that mean and how is it done? A: For the provisional ballots that have to be duplicated, we use our -- what's referred to as ballot on demand system where we actually print the ballots ourselves from the ballot production software onto -- onto card stock that can be read by the voting machines. (p. 43)
Q: So there is no record of how many ballots that were produced by the ballot-on-demand system that were not returned by voters? A: No. (p. 89)
Democratic Party inspectors took blank ballots home the weekend before Election Day
Q: When do inspectors pick up the materials? A: I believe that's the Friday and Saturday prior to the election day. And the inspector is also instructed or trained to go through all those materials prior to election day to identify that they have everything that they're supposed to have. (p. 92)
Q: Are inspectors paid employees? A: Sort of. They're -- they are party-designated election board workers, and they are paid a flat rate fee for their service as an inspector, including the training that they're required to take
Q: When you say, the party designated, what do you mean by that? A: By law, we're required to use the names of designees of the major political parties to fill the election board worker spots first. And so we work with political party coordinators who identify the people who are available to work at particular poll sites on election day, and they are asked to identify themselves with a political party. And so that there is balance at the polling sites, the inspector is associated with the party whose candidate for president in the last presidential election got the most votes within King County, and then an election board would include at least one judge from each of the two -- the two major parties. So in this case, the inspectors were identified as Democrats and there was at least one Democratic judge and one Republican judge on each of those boards. (pp. 92-93)

King County investigating more felon voters
Bellevue, WA The Dino Rossi campaign says King Countys announcement today that it is challenging the registrations of more felon voters is another boost to Rossis gubernatorial election contest.
The King County Prosecutors Office issued a news release today saying it is challenging an additional 110 voters who have prior felony convictions and whose voting rights have not been restored. The total number of felon voters being challenged by King County now stands at 648. The Prosecutors Office also indicated it will investigate the records of another 55 felon voters supplied by the state Republican Party.
When you add up the illegal votes, the improperly cast votes, and all the mistakes in the last election, you get a giant mess, said Rossi spokeswoman Mary Lane. At this point not even Christine Gregoire can continue to say with a straight face that this was a model election or that anyone can know with certainty who won.
Lane noted that although Gregoires supporters in the Democratic Party are making unfounded claims that more felons vote Republican, available data doesnt back them up. The Palm Beach Post in Florida reported that in the 2000 election, more than 5,600 Florida felons voted and 68% of them were registered Democrats.
Additionally, so far its only Democrats who support legislation granting automatic restoration of felon voting rights, even if the felons havent paid off their debts to their victims. Christine Gregoire said recently she supports such legislation.

BUMP and Ping
Verbal Vote Fraud A friend in Olympia tipped me off to this hilarious and fortunately unsuccessful amendment to one of the "election reform" bills. The amendment proposed the following as one of many acceptable forms of polling place ID:
(b) A verbal or written statement by the voter of the voter's name, year of birth, and unique identifier as determined by the secretary of state. The statement of the voter's name does not need to contain the voter's middle initial or suffix.
Clearly, this is a bait-and-switch, something that the Democrats would claim as "ID at the polls", even though it's nothing more than a legal loophole for enabling vote fraud. The amendment was introduced by Rep. Sam Hunt (D-Evergreen State College), but this specific provision was added at the request of Former Attorney General Gregoire herself.
It's tempting to start calling her "Fraudoire" again.

Re-Vote or Revolt!!
Of course the MSM is going to put a spin on this court case. It's like the military and psyops. That is what they are trying to do to us, psych us out, but it's not working.
I believe our young "Turbo Garret" did that phrase. And I agree with the sentiment!

After all they are responsible for hundreds of murders' convictions being overturned because they didn't mean to kill the person. Give me a break!
Republicans have won a victory in their challenge to the election of Washington Governor Christine Gregoire.
Chelan County Superior Court Judge John Bridges said Republicans will be allowed to use "proportional analysis" to prove their case that illegal votes swayed the election. BTTT
BTTT to you Libertina!!!
