Don't be cruel. She is so thin that her testosterone is more prominent than her estrogen. Probably stopped her menses, too, the sign of a constant dieter in search of perfection for her body. It's sad but would need years of treatment (not to mention the narcissism of doing what she did to her family and the man she supposedly loves). Her fiance should get out of it as gracefully as he can.
