Now I won't make any comments about his health as that wouldn't be very nice. But it strikes me that they are always asking for donations for this guy.

As franksolich stated, DUmmie Undie could have gotten his surgery for FREE in his home state of Washington but instead he is INSISTING on having it at John Hopkins for which he is asking $25,000.
