Until mid-April, Bernard Weiner will be in Europe. However, we expect The Crisis Papers to continue on schedule, unless we indicate otherwise in this space.
April 12: Bernard Weiner reports that he is now in Marakesh, Morocco. While in Germany, he addressed a meeting of Democrats Abroad. He will, no doubt, have a fascinating report for us when he returns.
