ACLU Aiding And Abetting Illegals On Border?

Tucson, AZ - April 15, 2005 - PipeLineNews - Informed sources have reported to us that the ACLU is aiding and abetting smugglers of Mexican illegal aliens - often called "Coyotes" because of their rapacious behavior - and intentionally hampering the activities of the US Border Patrol as they seek to police the Arizona/Mexican border.

Our source stated the ACLU group was "acting as spotters for the coyotes."

Specifically, a gang of approximately 15-25 ACLU members - operating out of their Phoenix office - have been driving around in a caravan blaring loud music in an effort to harass both the US Border Patrol Agents as well as members of the Minuteman Project, who are observing border activity from a civilian perspective.

According to an unidentified, but reliable source, one member of the ACLU group has gone so far as to spread the malicious and false rumor that there was a shooting incident between the Border Patrol and the Minuteman Project members.

Grey Deacon, spokesperson for the Minuteman Project, told PipeLineNews that Ray Ybarra is active with the ACLU group coordinating activity between radical Hispanic groups such as La Raza and the quasi-police Mexican group of thugs known as "Grupo Beta", and the ACLU. He is believed to be a Stanford law student, on leave as Mr. Deacon stated "help the 'cause.'"

I knew there was a good reason I didn't comment on that thread. I have a feeling that if it really happened it would be an all day media event.

The ACLU is getting desperate to get something on the Minutemen and are trying to provoke incidents now. They pushed one of the Minutemen the other night trying to get him to push back. Didn’t work. Then last night they walked up and shined a spotlight right in a Minuteman’s face from six inches or so away. Didn’t work that time either. We immediately report these types of contacts with them to the Sheriff to counter any claims they try to make against us. They should be called the UCLU (Un-American Civil Lawsuit Union)

They give us the middle finger every chance they get to try to get us to react. We are still trying to figure out if that is their age or IQ.

The ACLU is paying these multikulti puke observers and wants a nice big lawsuit to pay for them. A lawsuit against the Minutemen. That's why they are trying to bait you into doing somehting ya'll can be sued for.

These observer pukes are not really ACLU members.They are prefect lawsuit bait. They look like a bunch of "students" with plenty of time on their hands. Similar to the anarchist types that have staged dramatic demonstrations in recent years
