Attorney General issues official opinion favoring MI Legal Birth Definition Act

In an official opinion, which traditionally carries great persuasive weight, the Attorney General has stated that the Legal Birth Defintion Act, which would effectively ban partial birth abortion in Michigan, is constitutional. Of course, there is an active legal challenge in court that could turn out differently, but this is a good sign.
