What I am saying is because MS is her legal guardian and the court approved Terri's request via micheal schiavo(as guardian) to remove the feeding tube it will be very hard to convict him in a civil suit.

They can try but it will be tough.

As for the alleged abuse again they will have to prove
that MS did it which will be hard because of the amount of time involved...15yrs
