Gov. Bush did what he could - and more than I agreed with, since I believed that Mrs. Schaivo died 15 years ago. What you ask him to do is abosultely insane - to start what would be, in reality, and armed conflict within his state, to provoke a Constitutional crisis for a matter that is well within the bounds of law, and justice for that matter.
I fail to see why this is the hill everyone wants to die on - the woman is clearly never going to recover any semblance of consciousness. Her cerebral cortex is almost entirely scar tissue and cerebralspinal fluid. Her spinal cord functions, but that's about it.
The actions are what speak. They had full power to act, and the president -- the commander in chief -- would not have sent the 101st Airborne against his own brother.
And "it is that which comes out of the mouth that defiles a man....murders, threatenings..."
Those deceived by this are deceived by the spiritual forces of darkness in high places. This is Satan's work and those supporting it have aligned with the dark side.
And what are the courts going to do? Send in the U.N.? LOL!
Andrew Jackson stood up the Supreme Court and told them if they are going to make a law, then they can enforce it. Congress made a law that the Courts have refused to enforce, i.e., an order for a DeNovo hearing. Bush can and should "enforce it". He could start by ensuring that the litigant is not starved to death by the courts.
