They should not be allowed back in society. The possibility of repeat offense is to great. If jail is not possible, then a totally controlled environment/compound type facility should be their permanent home. JMO.

Aren't the jails already crowded? If they have served their sentences, then who will fund these compounds? Aren't they supposed to go out and get jobs, and not be a burden on society?...perhaps, they should just be executed.
