At least we could find these jerks. It might have saved Jessica Lunsford's life. Maybe she wasn't dead by the time she was found missing. If all of the prior sexual offenders had bracelets, the police could have started with them, since they would be the most likely suspects. If they were doing nothing wrong, fine. It would also alert the police if they tried to leave the state, which this man did.
I am for anything that protects the life, liberty and happiness of law-abiding citizens. Why should criminals be let back in to society, unless they are willing to give up a few freedoms?
Aren't these people free to move around, take jobs, travel, etc? How would they be monitored?
