Just received this from my friend, Joan Wallis, who is a friend of the author, Kerry L. Marsala. Both Kerry and Joan live in Chandler, AZ.

"I think Terri's memory will live on and it will generate a spark heard and felt around the whole Nation and dare we to ever accuse another Nation of Human Rights Violations until we clean up our own act!!!!. These "Right - to - Die" lobbiest will wish they had taken the route of justice and compassion -- we, the American People will find ways to hold them accountable for this murder of a woman whose only crime was being disabled. This may be the end of little Terri's life but it will be only the beginning of the fight for Life and Justice for all. She had ignited a need spark to change business as usual in America!!

However, your plea to Michael Schiavo will, I am afraid, land on deaf ears --he is as much a charlatan and a pagan heathen as his Right to life Attorney, Felos, and Judge Green. An investigation should be set in motion and the Shindlers should bring a Wrongful Death Suit agains Michael and all of those who took part in the charade of the worst miscarriage of justice that I have ever seen in my lifetime.

This will not go unnoticed by the American Public -- that is a given -- we will demand answers for how this whole case ran amok and the court and Michael were able to legally murder an innocent disabled American citizen. We will remember!!!"

I agree with Joan Wallis. In order to give Terri Schindler Schaivo's life (and her tragic death) meaning, we must turn it into a triumph over liberal activist judges, and we must cause a wave of support to rise, to insist that President Bush's nominees receive confirmation as quickly as possible, with no further tolerance for the obstructionism of Reid, Pelosi, Kennedy, Boxer and the rest of the congressional Democrats.

If we merely fade back into our routine, daily lives and do nothing about our seriously imbalanced judicial system, then Terri really will have lived and died in vain.

They're intent upon killing Terri, and are beating us. They're winning. They own the judicial infrastructure, built over the past 4-5 decades. We don't have a chance. We're out-manned and out-gunned, this time.
