We certainly have the right to let them know what they think.
They are not a branch without immediate checks and balances from the other branches.
Aside from playing games like limiting their funding or jurisdiction, what constitutional authority does the legislative or executive branch have to immediately check/balance the judicial branch?
(Of course this assumes that impeachment is used as a last resort. It could be used as an "immediate" check if Congress had the will to do so.)
It's a grey area, but the Exectutive can simply ingore them, or issue an executive order.
The legislature can establish (or remove) jurisdiction.
