Nope, I'm calling for the legislature (state and federal) to exercise their constitutional power real in an out of control Judicial Branch.

The constitutional means to do this is impeachment.

If the current crop of legislators won't do it, then elect legislators who will.

We get the Congress we elect.

I agree, however their is nothing wrong with lighting a fire under the congress we have. That is what I meant by "Popular Revolt". Not so much a literal call to arms, but a demonstration of political will.

If we don't do this peacefully now, we won't have peace in the future.
