Actually, the Florida Constitution trumps Judge Greer. It GUARANTEES the right to life and PROHIBITS denying such a right because of physical disability. Judge Greer actually had no choice in the matter but to enforce the State Constitution -- yet he chose not to. Like it or not, the Florida Supreme Court has upheld Greer's rulings.
