I fast 7 days every spring. You do need to drink a warm glass of water with a squeeze of lemon and a teaspoon of honey each am to keep your intestines working so they won't kink. Normal weight loss is 13-14 pounds. I also fast each Monday. I have done this for more than 20 years and it is called the Bragg way of living. You would be surprised at the benefits. The body uses 90% of your total energy just to digest your food and when you fast all that energy goes into repairing the body and you feel very good. Be sure and drink plenty of water. Several times I have gone 14 days when I felt I needed it. Its not a big deal, most of us consume a third more than we need.

Good for you. I hope you shed even more light on the tragic miscarriage of justice in this case.
Too many people in their own little worlds of classes and Spring Break and baseball and "reality tv" shows and grocery shopping and social engagments are quite happy to vote "Let her die" on the online polls, oblivious to any information other than what the mainstream media (via the Schiavo/Felos Press-Realease Fax Hotline) tells them about Terri.
Wishing you all success, stamina, and strength to endure.
