That's BS. The Governor along with most others in the GOP ranks did everything within the law to save her. Lets not start eating our own....

Ideally, I'd like to see this settled in the state of Florida.

Believing that, have these matters been considered:

1) Is Jeb Bush considered the chief law enforcement official in Florida?

2) Does the governor have the power to consider evidence of criminal actions in this case and order a criminal investigation?

3) If the governor ordered a crminal investigation, would Florida law allow the preservation of evidence - re-inserting the feeding tube?

"...Start eating our own"??

Start?

This place is pathetic right now.

The Supreme Court will NOT take the case. They refused several times already.

The vote in Florida at 2:30Am this AM was 2-1 for NOT re-inserting the tube.

The dissenter was a Clinton appontee.

I suppose that means a lot of Freepers who think the court should not get involved should be the ones to vote for Liberal judges.

Ah! The irony.

Once again...I was right about Elian and I'm on the right side on Schiavo too.

Happily freeping since 8/98..thank you very much!
