A million $ medical malpractice suit that Michael was suppose to put into trust for Terri never made it there for her rehab. If the Federal Judge rules in favor of Terri now, he'll be opening up a whole new can of worms that will implicate all of them.

Really? I would think that the parents would have gone after him for that? As her guadian I would have thought that the courts would have gone after him for that. Where can I find info that he didn't do what he was suppose to do?
