Harsh Reality (Judicial Murder of Terri)

After two years, the acceptance was complete — a psychologist would say that I had finally “processed” the trauma.

But it is a feeling that I find resurfacing today. Can they really have done this? Can this really be happening here in America? Can there really be people this cruel? A legalized mechanism of death this determined to crush the life out of one simple, injured and innocent woman?

Marriage is the sacred building block that constructs human society and perpetuates mankind.

The isolated murder of Terri is an attack on all marriages. Homosexual activists couldn't undo the sacred institution of marriage. Judicial activists are attempting to break American society by elevating one spouse above the other.

This isn't the first time a wife is murdered by her husband and he gets away with it. What this case proves is that one doesn't have to be as rich as OJ Simpson to murder their spouse and get away with it.

Abortion is an unseen murder and many still hide their conscience from viewing the reality of unborn children.

Why is there an attack on marriage?

As stated before, homosexual extremists failed to undo marriage. However, what liberals and their "culture of death" want, is to break marriage and all the bonds that keep a couple chaste to each other. Young women especially, even if Terri should survive, will question whether they want to risk death for "love". Young people will have a profound distrust and abhorrent disgust for the institution of marriage (as if frivolous divorce wasn't enough).

That Terri and Michael are "Catholic" (maybe one is, the other has clearly excommunicated himself), makes more than just a slap in the face.

How will the religious survive the secular? Religious leaders and couples have already spoken about the virtues of marital chastity. We now re-emphasize natural death as we have already known when human life begins. Already upstanding and respectable men have assured their wives that spousal abusive has always been unacceptable. Now, should a beloved wife become disabled, the loving husband will thank God everyday to count his wife among the living and spend his life spoon feeding her (by surgical tube if necessary), until the wife recovers, or until NATURAL DEATH.

STARVATION IS NOT NATURAL DEATH!

Terri may yet die from her weakened state (maybe infection). What the liberals' culture of death will then hope for is a mass exodus of conservatives from their politics, traditional values, and religious affiliations.

Expect, shortly, a big push to legalize drugs with the attitude, "nothing matters, might as well get high and stay that way."

The culture of death only values 2 things:

1 - sex on demand

2 - get high and stay high

There is nothing else to the liberal culture. These are the only 2 final results desired. Being happy with God in Heaven is a foreign concept to them, and being happy with family is not a viable substitute of their top 2 values.
