Being a nurse at the county jail to Michael is like a cow in a field of clover.

That being said, the blame for Terri being where she is today falls squarely upon her parents.

If her father had did what he needed to do years ago, Michael would be in hell. Terri's father may or may not be in state prison but her mother aided by her brother and sister, if necessary , could have taken care of her.

People have gone solid crazy over this Schiavo thing, Now they accuse a sheriff of wrong doing in hiring her husband a man they accuse of murder because they dont like his decision.A decision backed by a court.What the Doctors say, what the courts say, what anyone else says makes no difference they are on a crusade.They have filled this forum with an average of 20 Schiavvo threads a day and have flamed everyone not agreeing with them--- to stifle any dissent. As a man who has faced the problem of taking away a feeding tube from a parent who was beyond any hope of improvement I can say if you pass a law to stop removing feeding tubes you are only adding to the pain faced by people who have to make that decision and keeping people alive who would not want to remain so if they could make that decision themselves. Now let the flames come.
Was just wondering myself. How come these demon types always seem to lack not for funds, women and luxury? How often does Schiavo work as a nurse or is this just cover for him? While his real biz is offing Terri with big book deal and big speakers fees down the road?

I have nothing against living wills. Where is Terri's living will..... in writing? Not Michael Sciavo hearsay.
Saundra, I do think most people are simply unaware of the pro-life arguments in the Schiavo case. I know someone who was shocked to learn a few days ago about the fact that Terri was being denied therapy and the jackpot her husband will hit when she dies. The MSM never mentions these things.
There are many things I find frightening about it. Terri left no living will. Someone such as the estranged husband should never be allowed to be the guardian - it's the nasty things he continued to do to Terri and her family (something you surely never did), some of them so petty that they were done merely to hurt them.
Terri never had due process. Doctors have felt she could have been rehabilitated and that is why she received a huge money award, much of it apparently spent by the husband to have her killed. Protective services wanted to investigate allegations that she was abused, yet Judge Greer would not allow it.
Also, she was alone with Michael when she became disabled - she was apparently considering divorce, and he has given several versions of what happened. Although he has lied extensively (bringing to mind Scott Peterson), then Sheriff Rice refused to have the case investigated and later hired Michael. Also, Michael's mistress's mother worked for this sheriff.
Terri was denied due process on many levels. There is a lot more.
It was mentioned on another Terri thread last night that there is trust fund in the girlfriend's name with a million dollars in it. I have no idea whether that is true or not, but maybe that's how he is hiding/keeping much of the award money.
You'd think an adnimistrator would be concerned about meeting the male nurse he hired.

From April 1983 to September 1986, while working as an orderly for Drake Memorial Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, Harvey committed a series of murders.
