I've done a lot of reading about Terri's plight, but there's one issue that I have not sen addressed...

Has Terri's attorney attempted to file for divorce, or at least a legal separation from MS? It seems that abandonment and marital infidelity are suitable and provable grounds. In the case of marital infidelity, MS has previously announced his engagement to the (common law wife)woman he now lives with and with whom he has fathered two children. If the divorce were granted, couldn't his guardianship then be revoked?

Any attorneys to ping in the forum to assist with the technicalities in this matter?

Has Terri's attorney attempted to file for divorce

You have probably been informed by now that Terri has never been allowed her own attorney - mind boggling, but just one more major inequity in this case.

For the first time, today, I actually heard someone on FOX repeat 2 times that her husband has moved on and is living with another woman and their two children...This should wake some people up -
