Your brother's story is a perfect example of why Terry Shiavo should not be executed.
It's ironic that John Lee Malvo can murder several innocent people with a sniper riffle and be spared the death penalty because it would be cruel and unusual to execute someone who committed criminal acts under the age of 18, yet, it's OK to send TS to death row simply because she survived a heart attack.
