If she is in a vegetative state (I am assuming that she is) then she is technicaly brain dead if not defacto brain dead so the 'enumerated right to life' under the Florida Consitution does not apply.

Please point me to the part of the Florida Constitution that states a brain damaged person has no right to life. Thank you.

Don't twist my words - I DID NOT SAY BRAN DAMAGED. I said BRAIN DEAD. Be more careful next time.
