It is a fact and I heard about it here on FR a couple of weeks ago. Sure enough, I immediately went to the site I usually use and the notice was there. I bought some and supplied a bank account number. I received the goods and was charged correctly but I really don't like this method of business - No real recourse if something goes wrong.
