I heard on one of the local radio stations that if Churchill is fired, he will sue - and he has some lawyers willing to defend his First Amendment rights (what a misnomer!) who have reputations as very dirty and very successful lawyers.

I don't see what Churchill and Co. are trying to prove, this case isn't First Amendment, it's academic fraud, copyright infringement (the artwork), misrepresentation(his lack of a degree).

The First Amendment guarantees his right to spew whatever B.S. he wants to, it doesn't insure that CU has to give him a pulpit from which to spew it. His "lawyers" are clutching at straws by going after First Amendment.

Anyone who's had his class should sue him and CU for selling a defective product. Communism. It's defective. Communism hasn't stood up to the test of time as a successful socio-economic policy.
