You have to remember that while Bev DUdley-Harris raked in close to a million bucks, she only "committed" $19,000 to investigating actual "election fraud" by her own admission on her website. Most likely she didn't even spend close to that $19,000. However, there were HUGE hotel expenses in Florida that she was spending. When the action in the "vote fraud" shtick centered on Ohio, Bev didn't even bother to go there. Why? Simply because the weather was cold up there and it was much better to luxuriate in 5-star Florida hotels.
The big question is why Bev Harris hasn't been INDICTED yet.
One wonders if there aren't all sorts of problems ahead for Bev Harris, aka Bev Dudley, the famous marketer of "Bill Clinton cigars" during the late 1990s, if what the DUmmie Andy Stephenson alleges is true.
He complains that while taxes were withheld from his paycheck, they were never turned over to the Internal Revenue Service, and that unemployment taxes were not paid, making him ineligible for unemployment in his current situation.
Uh, a whole lot of problems here.
Number one, even if the income taxes withheld from his paycheck were never paid to the Internal Revenue Service by Bev Harris, aka Bev Dudley, the DUmmie Andy Stephenson does not suffer in any way.
If he has a refund (and earned-income credit) coming, because he had paid his taxes in good faith (i.e., they were deducted from his paycheck, after which he had no control over their future disbursement), he should get that refund (and earned-income credit, if eligible) with no problem at all.
Number two, at first he was commenting about his "W-4," until some DUmmie corrected him, saying it was his "W-2." Now, if the DUmmie Andy Stephenson had once been a "successful entrepreneur," as he alleges, he would know the difference between a "W-4" and a "W-2" in his sleep; it is just one of those basic elementary facts of business, the distinction between the two forms.
Number three, it is possible that Bev Harris, aka Bev Dudley, did not pay unemployment taxes on his behalf because she was not required to--and surely the once-"successful entrepreneur" the DUmmie Andy Stephenson would be aware of this distinction. It all depends upon the situation under which one is employed.
So.....this whole sordid story, in which there is no villain, no victim. She cheated him, and unlike a gentleman, he cheated her (buying underwear on her funds)--there are only two villains, no victims, excepting of their own villainy.
It is sad, it is pathetic, that the DUmmie Andy Stephenson is currently penniless and with a life-threatening medical condition, and we all on Free Republic wish him well, but we all make our own beds.
