Remember that measly $19,000 wasn't even spent. It was just "committed. Meanwhile Bev was living high on the hog in fancy Florida hotel rooms. Why she hasn't been indicted for fraud yet is beyond me because she also filed as a non-profit corporation with the government and she is supposed to follow strict rules about revealing how much money she scammed plus how much was actually spent.
