I'm quite sure that Reagan wrote it. I know he used it on one of his radio addresses, and I thought he said he wrote it. Perhaps I am wrong?!

I'm not saying that it's wrong... I usualy see it unattributed. The fact that it's from Reagan was just a new interesting nugget for me to know.
