His performance was inspiring - family man, educator, turned soldier. Little Round Top is hallowed ground. In most accounts and depictions, I have always thought they sold Strong Vincent a little short. He doesn't get all the glory, but he was in the fight, too. Gods and Generals depicted Chamberlin quite well, though one speech by Chamberlin at Fredericksburg (I think) was a bit rehearsed.
