Folks, I just have to share this. I was praying about Terri this morning and reading the Bible this morning and this is the Psalm I read. I shouted WHOOO-HOOO!!!

I would move. I would be afraid if I was in that hospital where he works. I would not stay in that hospital where he has the ways, the means, and the ability to overdose someone on insulin. Fortunately, I have a choice. Unfortunately Terri has to suffer sensory deprivation, isolation, and broken bones. Jodi will be next, a killer is always a killer.

We have recently confirmed that there is at least one life insurance policy that Michael has on Terri, although the amount is undisclosed. This isn't much of a surprise to those of us who have followed this case, and done much research into it. What is much bigger news to us, is that Michael stands to inherit $700,000 from the trust fund (in property). This is different from the money that is in the commonly referred to rehab fund that has ~$60,000 left in it as of early Feb.

Michael lied to the jury to win that award money, by promising that he would give Terri rehab and that he would take care of her for the rest of their lives. What really happened after the $ came in was that he didn't do any follow-up on the rehab that was started before the trial. It all came to a grinding halt. Then he issued a DNR order, and refused to have her treated for an infection, which could have killed her when the nursing home insisted.

He really has it in for Terri's dad, in particular, because the Schindlers haven't let him get away with his dastardly deeds without raising a raucous.

Does anyone know which hospital mickey boy works at? I understand in Florida especially, Police look the other way for an ER nurse, when they(nurses)do wrong. Something about the nurses in turn taking good care of the police when they are in the ER. This may be why he gets away with so much.

Feb. 25, 1990 is beyond the statute of limitations for a criminal case. Terri's mother mentioned that a civil case is the only possibility, as the bone scan was only uncovered in 2002, twelve years after Terri's "mysterious collapse."

It might be provable that the evidence was suppressed until 2002, if that would make the case.
