McCullough points out, however, that Michael Schiavo keeps tight control of the vistors list and has barred filming and photographing. If true, what possible reason is there for this other than to keep people from seeing she is not in a vegatative state?
What is motivating this prick to kill Terri?

When Terri dies, Michael gets $1 million and will be free to marry the woman that he's having an affair with and has had 2 kids with.

What is the status of the Protective Services people stepping in? What other legal options do the Sciavos have? I am curious what the plan of action will be for trying to save her in the coming weeks. What I do not understand is how this Greer guy keeps getting to make all the decisions. He is a weasel and the husband is a snake, although I think snakes are way too nice for this man...

I was thinking the same thing.
Is there no way that the family can ask for a different judge, since this a--hole is biased?

the Cruzan story largely went under the news radar screenYes, and something that REALLY went under the radar screen was the fact that Nancy Cruzan's father, Joe Cruzan, COMMITTED SUICIDE a few years after he campaigned for Nancy's death by starvation and dehydration.

The governor should have approved overtime pay for the DCF agency to start its ork. Work should have begun this Saturday morning, it would seem, to have much chance of success in such a short period of time. Waiting for the 9-5 bureaucratic day to do the job is insufficient.

Yes, already attempted, already denied. However, it seems that all the Pinellas judges are in the court of George W. "Haman" Greer on this tragic case.

I sent you a private email on a suggestion I had.
Awesome work you are doing.
Also, one detail in the above news story is that as I remember it, the Legislature was already in special session the week in 2003 that the faithless husband tried to kill Terri, and it was precisely that fact which made it possible to pass "Terri's Law" since otherwise the Governor would have had to give 10 days' notice -- unless of course he cleverly called a special session on another issue just in case

September 27, 1999 Deposition, Michael Schiavo
Q. Have you considered turning the guardianship over to Mr. and Mrs. Schindler?
SCHIAVO: No, I have not.
Q. And why?
SCHIAVO: I think that's pretty self explanatory.
Q. I'd like to hear your answer.
SCHIAVO: Basically I don't want to do it.
Q. And why don't you want to do it?
SCHIAVO: Because they put me through pretty much h*** the last few years.
Q. And can you describe what you mean by h***?
SCHIAVO: The litigations they put me through.
Q. Any other specifics besides the litigation?
SCHIAVO: Just their attitude towards me because of the litigations. There is no other reason. I'm Terri's husband and I will remain guardian

all my suspicion.
