I really wish they would be consistent, is Bush an "EVIL GENIUS" or is he a "DOPE"?
I mean, by making this claim they're essentially saying that Bush (by way of Rove) outsmarted them AGAIN. It's absolutely hilarious how they rant and rave about what a "moron" they think Bush is, but then turn right around and talk about how he's manipulating the MSM.
