How about practicing psychology without a license?

Correct.


Only a licensed Psychiatric MD can make a diagnosis. A counselor can only refer a person for treatment, and not make a formal diagnosis. This may vary from state to state, however.

I certainly hope we at the Institute don't get in trouble for our procedures.

Fortunately, the Medical/Psychological/Neuropsychoendocrinology fields haven't caught up with us yet. They aren't certified to do Psychic Lyposuction, Brain Marrow Transplants, etc yet.

We are waiting to hear for them so they can treat their patients outside of time...
