Worst of all, the forward was written by Rush Limbaugh, the personification of conservative evil.
Can't even come up with their on word have to resort to the famous "Evil" as in Evil Empire that the Ronald Reagen made famous. Pathetic.!

You really shouldn't insult honest cockroaches like that.We used to identify them by putting different colors of paint on them, Testors, and have races in college with betting. If one of them won too often he would get a "handicap" of a leg cut off. If one lost too often, a dose of lighter fluid was administered followed by a match.
