I am wondering if this problem has something to do with "Cacheing". Once the page is Cached...Then it seems to work right.

Most likely. I see it happening most often on threads with images. It's like Moz can't quite figure out where to go because the image size isn't known beforehand. Once the image is fetched (and cached) the size is known and everything is hunky-dory.

Who cares? FireFox is much safer! Have you seen the amount of spyware IE attracts. Goodness knows it's horrible. Hence why people use FireFox. Besides, it's only still in progress. I'd rather scroll through again than have to deal with tons of spyware on my computer, some which are byotches to get rid of.
