The DUmmie "Faye" was working for a temporary-services (office help) agency--something like the "Kelly Girl" of old--but had posted recently that she was probably going to have to go back into waitressing.

She was seeking insight from DUmmies, about a "career."

Uh, wrong place to ask such a question.

She was also seeking a "psychotic," er, "psychic," to tell her what to do.

Her web-site is something else, Madam; creepy.

As for a "blog," I had one for a while (the local goings-on in Stanton, Nebraska), but not many people around here like to read, so it sort of petered out, despite the tantalizing local gossip (all of it verified, none of it malicious, but gossip nonetheless).

Currently for diversion and amusement, I am running the "Norway Ping List" here on Free Republic--no comparison at all, not even a shred of it, to the magnificent literary output of P.J.; "subscribers" to the "Norway ping list" are eagerly solicited, as it has been slow going.

Ah yes! Thanks for the reminder! As for the psychic, I remember someone saying something about it (maybe you?) but never got the chance to find that thread & read it.

Hehe~ After reading your description of her website, I have to ask if you have the link to it handy? ^-^

The DUmmies really are like an ant farm, as PJ puts it. Talking about faye made me think of a southpark episode that had these pink Christina Aguilera monsters in it....and if photoshopping faye's head into it was legal(is it?), I’d have a DUmmie ant.

And please add me to your ping list, sir, I’d be much obliged.
