I want to take the power back
nearly 1 million ballots where modified during the last election. That's power. Editing your ballot.
55,000 in Washington's king county alone. The local election boards control the un unsed ballots, something LBJ was famous for, pre-stuffing ballot boxes. We lost the power years ago man.
Didn't you know that?

Unless you haven't noticed, anything controlled by the government becomes corrupted. You don't take back power by giving it to the government. As a conservative, my goal is to make the government as small as possible. Not grant it more control over my life. Control, with proper checks and balances, at the county level is the safest way in my eyes. I do feel that a photo I.D. should be shown upon casting your ballot and absentee ballots be renewed with a return receipt to verify a street address. I don't even mind having an indelible ink on my thumb to prevent repeat voting.
Bottom line is no election is perfect.
