I doubt that many folks will bypass our state 'cuz of this legislation, but it still stinks to high heaven. We already are one of the few states that've outlawed radar-detectors, and we're not that far removed from the days we usedta have toll booths on I-95.

There have never been toll-booths on I-95 in Northern Virginia ~ just in the Richmond suburbs.
